Contraception
What works for your friends may not work the same for you or suit your body. Don't lose hope as there are many different methods of contraception to suit all different needs. Once you have chosen your method of contraception, it should be fully explained to you how to use it, what to do if it goes wrong, along with the positive and negatives.

If your chosen method does not agree with you or you don't like the way it makes you feel, don't just abandon it, it is advised to try it for approximately three months to allow the hormones to settle into your system.
