Breasts are milk producing glands and are made up of fat and tissues that help to protect the milk ducts, nerves and blood vessels.

Breasts develop at different times of puberty for each girl, usually between the ages of 8 and 15. Some girls' breasts are small whilst others may be very big, and for some they will vary throughout their lifetime. Most women however will discover that one breast is often slightly bigger than the other; this is natural for the majority of woman.
