Orgasms

Defining an orgasm is tricky. Some people refer to it as coming or climaxing and can be both a physical and psychological feeling.

If you have an orgasm your heart rate and blood pressure will increase, muscles of your genitals will contract and you will experience a feeling of intense pleasure. An orgasm is the climax or the peak of sexual pleasure and can be experienced by both men and women.

Not everyone has had an orgasm but if you want to have one it's important to relax and not feel too worried about getting there.

Remember you don't have to have an orgasm to enjoy sex, and you don't have to have sex to enjoy an orgasm. You can have one on your own or with a partner through masturbation or oral sex.
